Use the work outside of social media;

Edit, adapt, or manipulate the work;

Use the work for commercial purposes outside the agreed conditions;

Sublicense, resell, or otherwise make the work available to third parties;

Use the work in a manner that may be harmful to the reputation or interests of the rights holder.

4. Enforcement and liability

 In case of copyright infringement or violation of the above conditions, the rights holder reserves the right to:

Immediately cease the use;

Claim a reasonable fee and/or damages;

Take any legal action.
